Rust-oleum Dark Hunter Green 7733 would be a good choice

Dave, can you add the colors to the list on the first page for Walt's 1/8 scale Lilly Belle 4-4-0 locomotive? Maybe for Lilly Belle II as well since they were slightly different.

Dave :)

I hate to say it but, I have never researched or painted a model of Lilly Belle I or II. I know just from memory that the boiler has less blue in it than Holliday and the reds on the domes and tender are a bit on the orange side, definitely not the dark maroon of Holliday.

Dave is (as usual) correct: there's no blue in the Lilly Belle's boiler jacket. (Curiously, there is some blue in the smokebox color on the Lilly Belle II, but not the original).

This is yet another piece of evidence that the Holliday is not simply a "big" Lilly Belle.

I know on LB, there is a maroon color on the sand and steam domes, bell and headlight, side rods and pilot........then the wheels are the bright more orangish red as are the tender and cylinder jackets and number boards. The boilers differ between LB and II. The smokeboxes are also different. The tender trucks are also different. The smokeboxes seem to match the tender truck side frames in color on both locos. The red seems to be the same for all red items on the LBII. The greens seem to be dark hunter for both locos. Perhaps, dark sapphire for LB, and gunmetal for LBII for the boilers. Do you guys agree ?

Sorry, mistyped, LB tender is maroon rather than orangish bright red. I tried to edit but it timed out.

Because Floquil was closed by Rust-O-Leum, yes they own it, I found this conversion chat to aid folks when choosing the old Floquil colors. You can mix the paints yourself or find the comparable color in Model Masters or other brands that are recommended by the chart. Depot Olive is still available in some hobby shops and a limited supply can be found on eBay, but once those colors are gone, they are gone forever.
