Tronorail
I don't know much about WDW(I from the west coast !) but has anyone seen the new tronorail. It is yet another advertising monorail. I just hope they don't dp this with the Mark VII since they already have enough problems.

It's another advertising wrapper applied to the Monorail. Here is a link to the picture on the Disney parks blog:

I don't like the TRON design they did for WDW, it just looks like a quick Photoshop job (and I can recreate that design quickly). I hope they don't touch the Mark VII at all, but if they have to, this is what they should do that would satisfy me:
(The WDW design bugged me so much I decided to take a crack at it make a new one!)

Once again, Sam Towler demonstrates graphically precisely why WDI need to hire him on the spot.

Re: Tronorail
Not impressed with using the monorail as an advertising tool for any reason. Why don't we just paint recognizers and light cycles on everything in the Parks. The new Cars area in DCA can be light cylce arena. Tower of Terror can be converted into Flynn's fall into the MCP. I am sure even the trains can be converted to carry some banner for the advertising machine.
Sorry. Not really.

Trouble is, WDI didn't do that design, the park itself did (I believe).

Re: Tronorail
I think that the Boeing Learjet design on the Mark IV V and VI was great for ads however, I don't think WDI should mess around with the Mark VII since its looks are the only great thing about(its frame and A/C problems are certainly not attractive). However, Sam has once again pulled off another amazing stunt. You can almost imagine the ghost of Walt himself welcoming Sam into WDI HQ.
