Here is a little mash up of two of my life-long obsessions, cars and steam locomotives. Jay Leno is one of the world's most famous gear heads. His car and motorcycle collection is massive and well known. Unlike many "gear heads" in Hollywood though, Jay always rolls up his sleeves and gets grease under his fingernails because he not only knows the history of all his vehicles but he also knows how they all operate because he actually works on them. (He does have a big crew of guys working on them too because, let's face it, he is getting up there in years.) Jay also has steam power in his collection but, as far as I know, he is not a rail fan. Here is a new video of him getting an up close look at UP Big Boy 4014:

Re: UP Big Boy 4014 on Jay Leno's Garage
When I lived in the Valley and worked in Century City, Jay and I would pass each other on Coldwater Canyon as he drove into Burbank to tape The Tonight Show.
He had a different car. Every. Single. Day.
