I believe the tops are wicker, just not visible in the photo. Your assumption about the Santa Fe buttons is warranted. I like the silver cord.

And just dig that "ultra-modern" wooden station platform!

Yes, could be wicker top but if so they have the curved-rounded bill and not the flat-bill.

There should be a Viewliner patch, tie bar and lapel pin. Pretty sure the buttons were the standard SF&DRR castle buttons.

How much would the lamp cost? that sounds pretty cool.

There were no such things as "SF&DRR castle buttons."

The basic Adlake zinc plated lantern is $59.75; clear globes are $35.00; etched globes start at $14.00 plus set-up costs. You can even get the lantern stamped for $2.00 plus set-up costs. I wonder if we could get a quantity discount.

This is sort of a side topic but I was just curious about all these items that have been mentioned recently in this thread. (Unfortunately, I never did order them over the years. Disneyland isn't the only place that has a limited budget. My house is the exact same in that regard.) Are there any copyright issues that come up with reproducing Disneyland items? For those that have actually made these neat reproductions for Burnsland members, have you ever been contacted by Disney's suit and tie clad legal army?

So far, no. In fact, Disneyland itself has actually used some of the pieces we re-created, most notably the builder's plates on engine No. 3, which Wayne James created on my request.

Steve, I just received the Viewliner badge. It looks good in the display case next to the other reproductions.

This is what typing on a phone late at night nets one.

I meant the Santa Fe Cross buttons or the Disneyland Castle button. But of course Apple has to do Apple stuff to words to make them more intelligent.
