Uploading drawings?

Post by SZuiderveen »

Are there any recommended hosts for uploads? I have a TDL 2-4-0 drawing I could upload, but my photobucket account will only save it as a postage stamp, not very useful to the board here.

Flickr works.

I'm looking forward to your post. It would be nice to get drawings for the TDL excursion cars, too.

Enlarged version of drawing on the box of the very rare Tomy 1:43 model. Pretty sure by style and comparison this is from the original Disney GA drawing of the locomtoive, and not a Tomy drawing.

I found the drawing on this site, which has some photos of the model, too.

What is Disney GA? Tomy has always been the main sponsor of the ride, so it would be no surprise if they have the original drawings. For that matter, they may have had input into the train's design.

Also, in the interest of accuracy, the plastic model scale is actually 1:45.

Sorry,I was too brief. General Arrangement. I had not looked at the box top before typing, I guess I was thinking European O-scale (I would correct it , but it appears posts are locked once responded to).

And if anyone could find some more of these models, I would sure like to buy some!

The TDL track gauge happens to be 30", so I'm surprised no one has made an On30 electric model. Of course, it's about the simplest possible model to scratchbuild, and mate with a cheap HO 0-4-0 chassis.
