Here is a listing of the post levels and the number of posts required for each level. Long time users will note that this is a bit of a difference from the levels on the old board.
0+ - Passenger
100+ - Brakeman
200+ - Conductor
300+ - Fireman
500+ - Engineer
And then there are special engineer designations for those with 1000 and 2000 posts.
