There is also rumblings that there are talks of sending another one of the locomotives out for an overhaul.

Thank you for the update. I have not seen that locomotive in person in many years. Traces of the "Ward Kimball" lettering on the cab were still faintly visible when I last saw and photographed it at Cedar Point.
I hope that it will be returned to its original 2-4-4T wheel arrangement during its refurbishment.

Not going to happen. First, it wasn't a Forney to begin with. Keystone Light Railways extended the frame to make a 0-4-0 that had apparently been assembled from several locomotives into a 2-4-4 Forney for the Marriott Corp. The reason that Randy Catri cut the tank off was because it barely could negotiate the curve at Main. That was easier and a lot less expensive than relaying the track at that end of the railroad.
