New power for the SCBG

The Santa Cruz, Big Trees, & Pacific Railway (SCBG) company has purchased two CF-7 locomotives and they are in-transit to Watsonville, CA. They will be stored there until the washout on the Santa Cruz Branch is repaired. These CF-7s will join the two already owned by the company in Felton, CA.

The SCBG operates the popular 'Beach Train' which runs from the Roaring Camp Depot in Felton to the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk.
