Roger E Broggie box on rear of tender

Howdy,

I saw the Roger E Broggie for the first time after its restoration today, and it looks gorgeous! Does anyone know what the large box is on the rear of the tender? There used to be a smaller box there. I believe it housed a generator.

See this post about the Lilly Belle, on which the generator at the rear of the tender was replaced by batteries. My guess is that it is the same for the Broggie, and that the batteries take up more room than the generator. Perhaps someone with more knowledge can let us know for certain.
