Re: Live Steam Accucraft WDW Fort Wilderness
The most I've seen the electric FWRR engine sell for was about $2.2K.

Re: Another Great Episode of Once Upon a Train Released

What I find truly funny is that I'll go through the collection to pull out items relevant to the episode's topic. Invariably, I'll run across something and say, "I didn't know I had one of these!"

Decals. And so much that isn't right beyond that.

FWRR Accucraft Electric Engine on eBay
I get asked - a lot - “let me know when one of these shows up at a good price”. As you wish: https://www.ebay.com/itm/375617425534?

Once Upon a Train - The Disneyland Railroad Part 1
I doubt there are any folks who haven't seen my barrage of posts on social media about the latest episode. Just to make sure no one feels left out, here it is: https://youtu.be/tKSIwFqI1iM
Part 1 takes us from Walt's childhood to 1956. Part 2 will (hopefully) tell the rest of the story.

Re: Fort Wilderness Accucraft Locomotive On EBay
When these first came out, you could buy about 5 of them for this price. I've never seen one go for more than $2.5K, so I doubt the seller is going to get the full asking price.

Re: Live Steam Ripley
I saw that listing, too. It's nice, but you could almost build a new one from the rails up for that amount of money. Also, the whistle is... disproportionate.

Re: Knott's Berry Farm No. 41
"Arrow Development built all the ride systems for Disneyland in 1955, including it's a small world and pirates". I'm paraphrasing a bit, but come on. For a guy in animatronics, you'd think he'd at least get the basics right.
