Anyone know what the significance of the #41 is on the engine? After seeing the movie, it was mostly CGI but definitely a standstill prop for the background at some points.
This would be a fun set to remake for sure.

Re: More Hartland Ward Kimball Engines Arrived At Disney Today
Are they still selling the Hartl Ward Kimbal locomotives? My guess is no but I just figured I’d ask!

Re: Disneyland Railroad Paris
Last month I went to Disneyland Paris and was very excited to ride the Paris Disneyland Railroad. It is a shame how devalued their railroad is though. The train only operates from 10am-5pm, even though the park is open until 11pm. They also only had one train running from 10-11:30 until they bring o...

Awesome article! It’s so nice to get all of that information. I noticed the stack similarity right away between 52 and Roy.

Re: Hong Kong Disneyland Railroad
I couldn't agree with you more. I would rather them have a train than not have a train at all. The trains themselves are still impressive. I wish I could've seen more than one engine. I was still very excited to ride it and see it go by!

Hong Kong Disneyland Railroad
I went to Hong Kong Disneyland the other day. They were running one train, the Frank G. Wells. It's disappointing to see a non-steam train at the parks. It was raining and the engine seemed to struggle with 5 cars. The park is very small. It's only 5 minutes between the two stations- Main Street and...

Re: Knott's Auction
Correct, the GA Boeckling (former Ward Kimball), is using her headlight and bell. I'm not sure why they switched the original ones on the loco for Jennie K's. The tender that GA Boeckling uses is the same tender that the George R uses. I'm not sure f this is originally Jennie's or not. Judy K receiv...

Jennie K being auctioned by Knott's Berry Farm
It was just reported that Cedar Fair is auctioning off the 2-4-0 Jennie K locomotive. It will be interesting to see where she goes! Does Disneyland need a 6th engine?!

Opening show ending in January 2017
I read an article that WDW is ending the opening show at main streeet station and moving it to the castle. I'm sad to see the train leave from the show. I'm sure it will be nice to have the green cars back in regular service again though!
