I recently got this set at my local Lego store for $270, because the box got a bit crushed! I think this has to be Lego's best attempt at an American 4-4-0 to date! Interesting pictures! In the 72 photo and 80 photo, it does seem like there isn't a display case in front of the doors. Although, it is possible that the back of the display case could have had a matte painting that looks like a window with people... It wouldn't be unlike the park to pull tricks lik...

It is a very nice looking sim, though a bit too realistic for my tastes, physics-wise. Personally, I would prefer the railroad to be modeled for an existing sim, such as Trainz...

This model's going to be in Trainz, right?

I don't see why there would be. I had always thought it went on display around '56 or 57, and it was definitely there by the 60's...

So, I was wondering, when, exactly, was the original Lilly Belle engine first placed on display in Main Street Station? And when was it removed?
