Are you referring to the SE corner of the Magic Kingdom? If it is this area, then it may be more water management for the NE corner expansion pad where Tron Lightcycle Power Run is being built.

I have the same issue running Mojave 10.13.4. From what I can see in the log may have to do with the version of Unity.
